Wood and finish process
- Each piece of wood is naturally air-dried for more than 600 days,
- JazzCue applies a meticulous 29-layer hand-finished coating process.
- Each layer is dried under controlled temperature, carefully sanded with fine-grit paper,
- and completed in a dust-free environment, allowing the finish to settle gradually into the natural grain of the wood.
